- A full refund applies to cancellations 2 hours prior to the booking appointment when an officially requested cancellation is placed by call or text message
- I understand that circumstances change so you can reschedule your appointment if arranged at least 2 hours before your booking appointment if you need to
- There are NO REFUNDS if Rivercity Roadworthys and Mechanical attends an appointment that is considered a "non event" so please be ready for your appointment.
